Service Delivery Manager Retail

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager Retail, particularly with experience in the retail sector, who comprehensively understands our organization and approaches all tasks with a critical mindset.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing and monitoring project plans;
  • Preparing and conducting work sessions with various involved departments and colleagues;
  • Maintaining process, data, organizational, and application models in collaboration with IT/Data/HR experts;
  • Maintaining contact with IT suppliers.

Additionally, you bring:

  • A completed HBO/WO degree;
  • Experience in project management and organizational change processes where content, process, and human behavior are core aspects, particularly within the Retail sector;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of quickly understanding business issues and responding to root causes in processes, systems, or human behavior;
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in process improvements combined with IT implementations within the Retail sector;
  • Affinity with IT and digital transformations;
  • Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) standards and tools is a plus;
  • Experience in stakeholder management is important.
